Recruitment has always been a passion for me, because this profession fulfils all the criteria necessary for human understanding. I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.

Christopher Lebreton is a freelance recruiter with Morgan & Mallet International, specializing in the placement of household staff for an international HNW and UHNW clientele.

With a background in luxury hospitality, where he held the position of Sous Chef Executive at the InterContinental Lyon – Hôtel-Dieu, he has developed a deep understanding of excellence-driven environments, team leadership, and bespoke service standards.

This hands-on experience enables him to accurately identify candidates capable of thriving in demanding and highly confidential settings. He recruits for a wide range of roles, including private chefs, butlers, house managers, housekeepers, chauffeurs, and other key household positions.

His approach is defined by a strong understanding of client expectations, a rigorous selection process, and a tailored, discreet service, ensuring long-term and highly aligned placements.

My career path is marked by a Master’s degree and I’m involved in human resources. I have experience as a personal assistant to VIPs and have gained valuable experience in managing interpersonal relations and confidentiality. My role was to meet the varied needs of my employers with efficiency and discretion. I now put this versatility to good use in my current position, where I help optimize HR processes and foster a collaborative and fulfilling working environment.
