We are recruiting a luxury brand ambassador for our client, an exclusive jewelry brand in London. This position demands a professional who can provide a personalized shopping experience, advise on bespoke jewelry selections, and maintain the brand's high standards of elegance and sophistication. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail, a flair for building rapport with customers, and a commitment to maintaining the brand's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations and advice to customers on bespoke jewelry selections, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain and exhibit in-depth knowledge of the brand's history, craftsmanship, and current collections to educate and inspire clients.
- Organize and conduct private showings and exclusive events for VIP clients to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and design team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of new collections.
- Ensure the presentation of the store and products meets the brand's high standards of elegance and sophistication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional follow-up services to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and in various media appearances as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly within the jewelry sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an elite clientele.
- A passion for jewelry and craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appreciation.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and at special events as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the brand's image.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
