Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options in Paris.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and chauffeur services, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures for guests.
- Facilitate reservations for exclusive experiences, such as private tours of iconic landmarks and access to VIP events.
- Liaise with internal departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to promptly address guest requests and ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural offerings to provide relevant and timely recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the hotel's front desk team to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, providing assistance as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and elevate the overall quality of service provided by the hotel.
