Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
Collaborate with store management to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
Implement efficient inventory management processes to streamline operations.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
Utilize inventory software to track stock movements and generate reports for analysis.
Train and supervise inventory team members to uphold quality standards and productivity.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize stockouts.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve inventory turnover rate.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management within the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in inventory tracking and management.
Proven leadership abilities to train and supervise inventory team members effectively.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in inventory management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and implement innovative solutions for optimizing inventory processes.
