Job description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our esteemed client's luxury hotel in the heart of London. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our client's establishment, ensuring each guest enjoys a flawless stay. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Replenish amenities and ensure all supplies are well-stocked
- Collaborate with housekeeping team members to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction
- Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure no aspect of room cleanliness or presentation is overlooked
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest service
- Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies promptly to the appropriate department
- Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and coordination for guest needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the hotel
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications or training in hospitality management or housekeeping practices preferred
