Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Spa Therapist to cater to VIP clients in Tbilis, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in 5-star luxury hotels, yachts, or private residences, with a deep understanding of delivering exceptional spa treatments in Dubai or other international locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a personalized and high-end spa experience, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care, discretion, and relaxation. This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of luxury spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services tailored to VIP clients’ needs.
- Assess clients’ individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments, offering a customized wellness experience.
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the spa area and with all spa equipment.
- Ensure that all treatments are delivered with an exceptional level of professionalism, adhering to the highest standards of luxury service.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with VIP clients, providing personalized attention and remembering their preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends, techniques, and luxury products to provide innovative treatments.
- Uphold client confidentiality and provide a discreet and professional service at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, yacht, or private setting.
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or VIP clients.
- Experience in Dubai or international locations within the hospitality and wellness industries.
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related wellness fields.
- Knowledge of high-end spa products and treatments, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and specialized wellness techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Discreet, professional, and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to travel or work on yachts and private residences as needed.
