- After the initial consultation, we create a detailed candidate profile that includes your professional background, skills, and career objectives.
- This profile serves as a reference point for our team to match you with suitable job opportunities.
- Our unique position-candidate matching AI brings up your profile depending on the opportunities, so we recommend that you fill it in as fully as possible

This is a very important step in our industry where security plays a central role
We ask for references: work certificate, letter of recommendation from previous employer and contact details of the HR department that the recruiter will contact.
