An entrepreneur at heart, I’ve been working in the luxury goods industry for 20 years. Recruitment has always been a passion for me, because this profession fulfils all the criteria necessary for human understanding. I’ve also had the good fortune to meet some of the world’s wealthiest people from a wide variety of backgrounds. It’s also a real pleasure to place candidates in the jobs of their dreams.

I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.

With over two decades of committed dedication in the hospitality world, I’ve perfected my skills in luxury establishments like Relais & Châteaux, De Vere Group and Leading hotels of the world, consistently delivering excellence and driving business growth. As an experienced manager, I’ve overseen teams of over 40 staff, recruiting managers and team members across all departments, improving operational standards and building relationships crucial to success. 

As part of the Morgan & Mallet International, I now channel my passion and expertise to guide aspiring candidates towards their dream roles within the hospitality sector.

Specialising in client and candidate relations, she excels in catering to individuals from the UK, US, and Eastern Europe. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Marina’s multilingual skills facilitate seamless communication. Her role extends beyond borders, having managed Morgan & Mallet’s offices in the UK and Ukraine. Marina’s passion lies in understanding the distinct requirements of clients and candidates, ensuring perfect matches that align with their goals and personalities.
