We are seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager for a client located in the heart of Miami's Design District. This key role involves managing store operations, strategizing to meet sales goals, and leading a team to provide unparalleled customer service in a luxury setting. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets, analyzing monthly sales reports for insights and improvements.
  • Cultivate an exceptional customer service experience, maintaining the boutique's reputation as a premier destination in the luxury retail market.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, conducting weekly team meetings and individual performance reviews to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store presentation aligns with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Management team to ensure optimal stock levels, organizing monthly stock takes and adjusting inventory based on sales trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, including organizing exclusive in-store events and private viewings.
  • Liaise with the Marketing department to drive local initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand marketing strategies.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on store performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field from an accredited institution (the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Parsons School of Design...)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Certified Retail Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Luxury Manager (CLM) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market trends, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in organizing and hosting in-store events and promotions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (Spanish or French) is a plus due to Miami's diverse clientele.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail calendar.
