Responsibilities include clearing tables efficiently, assisting in setting tables to precise standards, and supporting the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene, such as the ServSafe Food Handler certification.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced dining environment, luxury settings preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of French and English to communicate with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Graduation from a reputable hospitality training institution, such as the Institut Paul Bocuse or École hôtelière de Lausanne, is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain high service standards.
