We are delighted to present an exclusive opportunity for an experienced High-end Retail E-Commerce Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading luxury retail brand located in the prestigious Miami Design District. This role is pivotal for someone with a passion for luxury goods and a proven track record in managing online sales channels. The successful candidate will oversee the digital retail strategy, including website management, online customer engagement, and driving sales growth across various online platforms. This position demands a high level of digital marketing expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to enhance the brand's online presence while maximizing e-commerce revenue.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Managers oversee online sales operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online platforms, optimizing the user experience, analyzing sales data, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless online shopping process. E-Commerce Managers may also be involved in expanding online product offerings and staying updated on e-commerce trends.

Here are the detailed responsabilities:

  • Oversee the overall digital retail strategy to ensure alignment with the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the website's content and layout, ensuring a premium user experience that reflects the luxury brand identity.
  • Develop and execute online sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data on a weekly basis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance website functionality and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Coordinate with the product management team to ensure accurate online product listings, descriptions, and stock levels.
  • Plan and manage the e-commerce budget, including advertising spends and software investments, to maximize return on investment.
  • Engage with customers online to enhance brand loyalty and resolve any issues, working closely with the customer service team.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury retail online.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution, such as Harvard University, London School of Economics, or INSEAD.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that have increased online sales and brand visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and digital customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable organization, such as the Digital Marketing Institute or the American Marketing Association.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital and luxury retail spaces.
