Our client, an esteemed watch and jewelry boutique located in Dubai, is currently seeking a part-time Luxury Watch and Jewelry Specialist. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with high-end clients, providing expert advice on an exquisite collection of watches and jewelry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and an ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and personalized service to clients on a selection of luxury watches and jewelry.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and collections in the luxury watch and jewelry market.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
- Manage and update the product display to maintain an inviting and visually appealing environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, providing detailed product information and after-sales support.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure the security of high-value items.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail, specifically with watches and jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands and the ability to convey this knowledge to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships with high-end clients.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
