Our client, a prestigious spa and wellness retreat in the upscale neighborhood of Chelsea, London, is searching for a marketing coordinator to join their team. The role entails promoting the spa's unique offerings, managing promotional materials, and engaging with clients through various marketing channels. Prior experience in marketing, particularly within the luxury wellness industry, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa's services and packages to a luxury clientele.
- Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Engage with clients through social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Organize and promote events and workshops held at the spa, managing logistics and publicity to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and service offerings.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies, photographers, and media partners to create compelling content for various marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the spa's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of the brand's luxury image.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in the luxury wellness or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
- Creative thinker with a flair for design and branding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
