Our client, an exclusive luxury shopping service based in Miami, Florida, is looking for a full-time personal shopper/stylist to join their team. This unique role includes identifying client preferences, sourcing high-end fashion items, and providing styling advice to enhance clients' personal style. The candidate should have experience in fashion styling, a vast network within the luxury goods industry, and the skill to manage multiple client portfolios with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand client preferences and style aspirations to provide tailored fashion advice and styling solutions.
- Source luxury fashion items and accessories from high-end brands and designers to meet clients' specific needs.
- Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and service.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, new collections, and market developments to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury retailers and brands to facilitate special requests and exclusive access for clients.
- Organize and conduct personal shopping sessions, both in-store and virtually, providing expert guidance and styling advice.
- Collaborate with other stylists, buyers, and fashion professionals to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Handle client communications with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and privacy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or similar role in the luxury fashion industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and styling principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a high-profile clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to curate personalized looks and shopping experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
