Our client, an exclusive designer showroom in Knightsbridge, is offering an opportunity for a part-time sales manager. This role is crucial for overseeing the sales operation, managing a team of dedicated sales professionals, and developing strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates. The successful candidate will have a flair for luxury fashion, a strategic mindset, and the capability to foster a high-performing sales environment while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates in the designer showroom.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards specific to the luxury fashion industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events that align with sales objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a deep understanding of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics to advise customers effectively and drive sales.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-end clientele, providing personalized service to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct regular sales reports and analyses to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the luxury retail sector, preferably in fashion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a high-end clientele and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of current luxury fashion trends and a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the showroom's operating hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
