Job description
Our client, an exclusive luxury residential complex in Dubai, requires a part-time security manager to join their team. This role demands the management of security personnel, the development of comprehensive security strategies, and the oversight of surveillance systems to ensure the safety and privacy of residents. The successful candidate will have a background in security management, with a focus on luxury environments, and the skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the security personnel team to ensure the safety of all residents and property.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols tailored to the needs of a luxury residential complex.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of surveillance systems and other security equipment.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services for any security-related incidents.
- Provide security training and briefings to staff and residents on safety measures and emergency response procedures.
- Manage access controls and security clearances for visitors and contractors.
- Prepare and present regular security reports to management, highlighting any incidents and ongoing risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a security manager or similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance technology, and risk management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, residents, and external agencies.
- Relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement training.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including nights and weekends as required by the complex's operational needs.
