Our client, an hotel chain with a signature property in downtown Miami, requires experienced back of house staff. This role involves coordination with the kitchen, housekeeping, and inventory teams to ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and supply availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular inventory audits, liaising with suppliers, and assisting in the preparation of large events and banquets. Prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment, along with a proactive and collaborative approach, is highly valued.
