Job description
Responsibilities
- Craft a variety of exceptional beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative creations, tailored to the sophisticated tastes of the club's members.
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, organized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Provide personalized service to members, offering recommendations and insights into the latest mixology trends.
- Work closely with the rest of the bar team to manage inventory and order supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Conduct regular tastings and mixology training sessions for staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Handle member queries and feedback with professionalism, using insights to improve the beverage offering.
- Participate in the planning and execution of private events and exclusive club functions, showcasing the bar's offerings.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all bar operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury bar, hotel, or members' club, with a portfolio of crafted cocktails.
- A deep understanding of mixology, including classic cocktails and current trends in the beverage industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with an elite clientele.
- Creativity and innovation in beverage creation, with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Relevant certifications in bartending, mixology, or hospitality are preferred.
