Job description

Join our esteemed client's luxury boutique in Miami as a Boutique Manager. Lead a dynamic team and drive sales in an upscale retail environment. Must have proven experience in retail management and a passion for luxury brands.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the luxury boutique in Miami
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
Train new staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns
Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury retail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
