Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Create and execute innovative and seasonal menus
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain high standards
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of ingredients
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Continuously strive for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in culinary arts, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Proven track record as a Chef/Sous Chef in high-end establishments
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a kitchen team effectively
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative and seasonal menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
