Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options in Paris.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and chauffeur services, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures for guests.
  • Facilitate reservations for exclusive experiences, such as private tours of iconic landmarks and access to VIP events.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to promptly address guest requests and ensure a seamless stay experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural offerings to provide relevant and timely recommendations to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's front desk team to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, providing assistance as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and elevate the overall quality of service provided by the hotel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end hotel in Paris.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to fluently converse and assist guests in both languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of Parisian attractions, restaurants, and cultural offerings, with a passion for sharing local insights and recommendations with guests.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service, demonstrating attentiveness, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and attention to detail under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for guest reservations, communication, and information retrieval.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
