Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Familiarity with New York City's luxury retail landscape and clientele preferences is a plus.
