Responsibilities

Develop innovative menus showcasing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to create cohesive dining experiences
Oversee inventory management and procurement of high-quality ingredients
Conduct regular kitchen inspections and implement improvements as needed
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations and preferences
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously elevate the dining experience

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment
Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety standards
Creative flair and a passion for creating innovative and visually stunning dishes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage kitchen operations
Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement processes
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
