Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education in retail management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures related to handling high-value merchandise.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or damages in merchandise.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy merchandise as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
