Join our client's esteemed luxury hotel in the heart of New York City as a Hospitality Manager. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the luxury hotel in New York City
  • Ensure impeccable guest experiences through effective management of staff and resources
  • Coordinate with department heads to maintain high service standards across all areas
  • Implement and monitor guest feedback systems to continuously improve service quality
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to streamline check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence
  • Manage inventory levels for amenities and supplies, coordinating with procurement team as needed
  • Work closely with the concierge team to facilitate guest requests and enhance their stay experience
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Certification in hospitality management or relevant professional accreditation is a plus
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends in the New York City luxury hospitality sector
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
