- Previous experience in a managerial role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and staff
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of financial management principles and budgeting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
