Responsibilities

Lead recruitment efforts for all departments, collaborating closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees receive thorough onboarding and ongoing development opportunities.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and providing support to ensure a positive work environment.
Oversee performance management processes, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll and benefits administration.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the employer brand and attract potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Conduct regular meetings with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide support as needed.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in sourcing and selecting top candidates.
Experience developing and implementing training programs to support employee development and retention.
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
