Responsibilities

  • Support top executives with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing events, from small meetings to large-scale functions.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, facilitating communication.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain office efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience working with high-profile clients or executives is a plus.
