Seeking a dedicated Personal Shopper to join a prestigious luxury boutique in the heart of Paris. As a Personal Shopper, you will cater to discerning clientele, curating exclusive shopping experiences and providing personalized styling advice. Responsibilities

Cater to high-end clientele by offering personalized styling consultations and shopping experiences.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and shopping needs.
Stay up-to-date with luxury fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from selection to purchase.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up communication.
Coordinate with other departments, such as alterations or special orders, to fulfill client requests efficiently.
Assist in organizing exclusive events and promotions to drive sales and elevate the boutique's brand image.
Manage client databases and keep detailed records of preferences, purchases, and feedback for future reference.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique's sales initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail or personal shopping, preferably in a similar boutique setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with affluent clientele.
Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and styling techniques.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Diploma or certification in fashion, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and styling aesthetics.
Proficiency in additional languages, particularly French, is advantageous but not required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and special events.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
