Exciting opportunity at a renowned luxury hotel in Miami! As a Restaurant Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead marketing efforts to promote the hotel's dining establishments. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a background in hospitality marketing and a keen eye for innovative promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's dining establishments
Collaborate with the culinary team to create enticing promotional campaigns and menus
Utilize digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive foot traffic to the restaurants
Plan and execute special events and promotions to enhance the dining experience for guests
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continually refine marketing strategies
Coordinate with the hotel's PR team to maximize exposure through media partnerships and press coverage
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
Work closely with the sales team to develop packages and promotions for corporate clients and group bookings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including culinary and sales departments
Experience in event planning and execution
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Knowledge of the Miami hospitality market is a plus
Certification in hospitality or marketing may be advantageous
