Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate restocking efforts.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Oversee the training and development of retail staff to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Liaise with the store manager and other department heads to coordinate promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing orders and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for luxury retail.
