Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and brand standards
  • Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development
  • Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and areas for improvement
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback to sales associates to enhance their performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with HR department to onboard new hires and facilitate orientation programs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment within the store team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a training or coaching role
  • Strong knowledge of luxury products and brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Flexibility to adapt training content to different learning styles and audience levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English (additional languages are advantageous)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
