Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and brand standards
- Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development
- Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to sales associates to enhance their performance
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics
- Coordinate with HR department to onboard new hires and facilitate orientation programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment within the store team
