Responsibilities
- Coordinate with event planners to understand client requirements
- Supervise banquet setup and ensure it meets quality standards
- Train and manage banquet staff, assigning roles and responsibilities
- Oversee service during events, ensuring exceptional guest experience
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly

- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols
- Prepare reports on event performance and budget expenditures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet management within the luxury hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully executing high-profile events
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and service
- Familiarity with event planning software and Microsoft Office suite
- Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
