Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a beach club or resort environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or French is a plus.
