In this role, you will oversee the smooth functioning of the beach club, from managing staff to organizing events and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the beach club, including guest services, F&B outlets, and recreational facilities
Plan and execute events and promotions to attract guests and enhance the club's reputation
Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continually improve service quality
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and negotiate contracts
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to provide seamless guest experiences
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a beach club or resort environment
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry
Experience in event planning and execution
Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional activities
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or French is a plus.
