Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in overseeing beach club operations or similar high-end leisure facilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and senior management.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of local regulations and health codes pertaining to beach club operations.
- Experience in organizing and executing successful promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
