Job description
Our client is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality management.
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in team supervision, operational efficiency, and maintaining service excellence across the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and team supervision.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor operational procedures and implement improvements where needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Available for an ASAP start.
