Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Bar Manager to lead bar operations and deliver an exceptional beverage experience.
This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high standards of service and beverage quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Develop and manage beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Available for an ASAP start.
