Seeking a meticulous floor housekeeper for our esteemed client in the heart of London's luxury hospitality scene. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well-presented on a daily basis
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping staff to coordinate room turnovers efficiently
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Address any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to report and resolve any maintenance issues in guest rooms or public areas
  • Assist in training and mentoring new housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards
  • Implement and adhere to all health and safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality management or related field preferred, but not required
