Job description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Waitress to join a dine-in restaurant in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily operations on the restaurant floor, and guiding junior staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Supervise and support waitstaff during daily operations.

Ensure efficient workflow and timely service of food and beverages.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints calmly and professionally.

Liaise between kitchen and service team to ensure order accuracy.

Promote menu items and daily specials to customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
-
Ensure service standards and hygiene regulations are met.

Train new team members and assist in performance monitoring.

Monitor inventory of service supplies and report needs to management.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dine-in restaurant in Dubai.

Female candidates only (Arab or European nationalities preferred as per client’s request).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using POS systems and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email).

Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to lead by example and manage a small team.

Working Hours: 10 Hours.
