Join our client, a prestigious hotel in the heart of Los Angeles, as a Concierge. Your role involves ensuring guests receive exceptional service, assisting with reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions. Responsibilities

Provide personalized assistance to hotel guests, including arranging transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment bookings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options to make tailored recommendations to guests.
Collaborate closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest needs.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with special requests, such as arranging celebrations or coordinating VIP services.
Manage guest feedback and strive to continuously improve the guest experience.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Contribute to creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Los Angeles.
Diploma or certification in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Proficiency in computer software systems, including reservation and guest management platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the position.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
