Job description
A new home service wellness start-up is seeking skilled and professional Massage Therapists to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves delivering high-quality massage treatments to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a premium, safe, and personalized experience.
Responsibilities
Client Services
Provide a range of massage treatments, including:
- Deep Tissue Massage.
- Prenatal / Maternal Massage.
- Relaxation / Swedish Massage.
- Additional techniques based on expertise.
- Assess client needs, medical history, and preferences before each session.
- Customize treatments to ensure maximum client satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
Home Service Delivery
- Travel to client locations across Abu Dhabi in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up and prepare equipment (massage table, oils, linens, etc.) efficiently.
- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and calming environment during each session.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Educate clients on aftercare, wellness, and recommended treatments.
- Handle client feedback professionally and report any concerns.
Operational Duties
- Manage daily schedules and appointments effectively.
- Communicate availability and updates with the operations team.
- Maintain and care for all equipment and supplies.
- Assist with trial sessions when required as part of the hiring process.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Strong expertise in:
- Deep Tissue Massage.
- Prenatal / Maternal Massage.
- Additional massage techniques are highly advantageous.
- Ability to adapt techniques based on client needs.
Certifications
- Recognized certification/diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safe massage practices.
- Prenatal massage certification is a strong advantage.
Language
- Basic English required (ability to communicate clearly with clients).
Personal Attributes
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable.
- Friendly, calm, and client-focused personality.
- High level of hygiene and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to perform multiple sessions per day.
Work conditions
- Accomodation: Not provided
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Start Date: 2nd of June 2026
