Job description
Join our prestigious client company in Paris as a Security Manager. You'll oversee all security operations within our luxurious hotel establishment, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Experience in security management and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures throughout the hotel premises.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure compliance and detect any potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and refine security strategies tailored to the establishment's unique needs.
- Train and supervise security staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate security measures and support investigations when necessary.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions to enhance overall security posture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, security studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Certification in security management or relevant training programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities, including the capacity to train, motivate, and supervise security personnel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to ensure 24/7 security coverage.
- Fluency in English and French is preferred.
