Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations at the luxury hotel in Los Angeles.
- Manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related issues and maintain high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to source necessary supplies and equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses for reporting purposes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of effectively managing maintenance teams and overseeing facility operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building maintenance areas.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to facility maintenance.
- Experience with budget management and procurement processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment.
