Job description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of their dine-in restaurant in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and service-oriented professional, responsible for managing the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a seamless workflow.
The Supervisor will also be responsible for keeping service agreements updated and ensuring the restaurant is always in top condition.
Responsibilities

Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor and maintain service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Oversee inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.

Update and manage service agreements and SOPs.

Train and evaluate new and existing team members.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dine-in restaurant in Dubai.

Female candidate of Arab or European nationality.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Customer-focused with a passion for high-quality service.
Work conditions

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Full-time position.
-
6 days per week, 1 day off.

Shifts may vary depending on restaurant hours.

Salary is 6000 – 9000 AED (Based on experience and qualifications).
